Delivery
Delivery is free in France for all products.
For other destinations, shipping costs are determined based on the size and weight of the items ordered. They are calculated at the time of shipment. You can view these costs directly on the product page.
It is also possible to create a basket with the desired items to have a clear view of the delivery costs applied.
Small parcels
Small packages are all products on the site excluding the cube, coffee table and column range.
Our partner carriers will contact you via text message, email, or phone to notify you of your package's delivery. Delivery requires a signature, whether to your home or to a collection point.
Home delivery is made to the foot of the house.
If no appointment has been made and you are absent during delivery, the package may be dropped off at a nearby relay point depending on the carrier, or returned.
They are packaged in boxes, protected by bubble wrap.
Bulky packages
The large packages are the cube, coffee table, and column ranges.
For bulky packages, our shipping partner will contact you via text message, email, or phone to arrange delivery based on your availability. Items will be delivered to your doorstep.
Tips for your deliveries
- Unpacking and removing packaging are not included in the delivery service. Please retain the packaging, as it will be required in the event of an item return.
- Please check your item in the presence of the delivery person, and specify the exact defect on the delivery slip if it is broken. Refuse any damaged product.
They are packaged in reusable custom-made wooden crates.
Delivery times
Delivery times for our products may vary. This depends on their status in the production cycle, the workload in our workshops, and their availability in stock.
The precise delivery time for each item is indicated directly on the corresponding product page and recalled in the summary before payment.
Tracking your order
You can check the status and delivery times of your items at any time in your personal space. There you will find updated information for each product ordered.
Carriers will also communicate information by email, text message or call.
Change of delivery address
It is possible to change the delivery address for your items by contacting our Customer Service.
However, this change can only be made if your order has not yet been shipped.
If your order has already left our logistics center, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to the delivery address.
What to do in case of damaged delivery?
First of all, we sincerely apologize! Our products undergo several checks before shipping.
Defect noted upon delivery
If a defect is apparent upon delivery (e.g. damaged packaging), we recommend that you:
- Take a photo of the packaging and the damaged product.
- Refuse delivery, specifically mentioning the defect on the delivery slip.
Defect discovered after delivery
If you notice a defect after unpacking the item, you have 3 days to report the problem to us. We are committed to finding a solution that suits your situation, from among the following options:
- Replacement or repair of the product.
- Free reshipment of a new, compliant item.
- Full refund, including the delivery costs initially paid.

Exchange or refund
If you exchange a defective item, you will not be charged any additional costs. If you prefer a refund, this will also cover the shipping costs paid when ordering.
Withdrawal
You have 14 days to return an item without reason.
Steps to return an item
- Contact customer service at contact@withlovedesign.fr to declare your return.
- Preparation of documents and photos
- Note your order reference.
- Take photos of the items to be returned, showing the products outside the boxes and then properly packaged in their original packaging.

Return label
Return shipping is at your expense. You can choose the carrier of your choice for delivery to our workshop address in Paris. This address will be communicated to you when you request your return. -
Packaging and preparation
Place the item in its original packaging to ensure its good condition during transport. - Organization of recovery or deposit
- Bulky packages : It is essential to return them in their reusable wooden crate and inner bubble wrap. Packages are fragile and cannot be returned without their original packaging.
- Small packages : You can return it in its original box or in another box with internal protection to avoid damaging it.
