1. Scope of application
These general terms and conditions of sale exclusively govern the commercial relationship between WithLove Design, 42 bis rue des maraîchers 75020 Paris, and buyers, whether consumers or professionals, using our online store. They are applicable in the version in effect at the time of the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any customer's terms of sale will only be taken into account if we have expressly accepted them in writing.
2. Offer and conclusion of contract
The products presented in our online store are available for order. All images and descriptions are accurate and verified by our teams. In the event of minor errors, we reserve the right to modify the online product information.
The customer can add items to their cart and review them before finalizing their order. By clicking "Place Order," they submit a binding purchase offer. This offer only becomes effective if the customer accepts our terms and conditions by checking the corresponding box. An order confirmation is sent by email.
The contractual terms and conditions are recorded electronically and sent to the customer by email after the contract is concluded. They remain accessible via our online shop or in the order confirmation.
3. Availability of goods and delivery
Our online store indicates the availability of items: immediate, temporarily unavailable, or made to order. Delivery times begin upon order confirmation, subject to prior payment.
If a product is temporarily unavailable, the customer will be informed in the order confirmation. In the event of prolonged unavailability, the customer will be contacted and the order will be canceled.
Deliveries are made to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
Partial deliveries may be made if they are acceptable to the customer and do not generate additional costs.
4. Prices and shipping costs
The prices displayed on our online store are in euros, including packaging and applicable VAT. Delivery costs are the customer's responsibility and are detailed in our delivery conditions. Before confirming your order, the total price, including shipping costs, is clearly displayed.
If an order is delivered in several installments for internal reasons, the customer only pays the shipping costs once.
In the event of order cancellation, the customer may request a refund of the delivery costs already paid.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed for payments by invoice or in installments. The available payment methods are specified in our payment terms.
6. Retention of title
The delivered items remain our property until full settlement of all claims arising from the business relationship.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal without the need for justification. This period begins upon receipt of the items by the customer or a designated third party.

If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the item. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Returns are at the customer's expense. It is imperative to use reusable wooden crates for bulky items, or cardboard boxes and protective packaging for small packages. These are the same packaging used for the first shipment by WithLove Design. They are designed to protect the products during shipping.
End of the right of withdrawal
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made items.
8. Warranty
The products are covered by the 2-year legal warranty subject to the provisions of point 9.
9. Liability
We are liable for essential contractual obligations in accordance with the law. However, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional intent, our liability is limited to foreseeable and typical damages.
10. Copyright
All content (images, videos, texts) on our online store is protected by our copyright. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Dispute Resolution
We favor an amicable resolution of disputes.

12. Data protection
Personal data is collected, processed and used in accordance with our privacy policy.
